| heal.abstract | Aim of this work is to point out the problems of first degree care of health, to export conclusions as well as to propose solutions for a modern and effective system of first degree care of health through the analytic presentation of problems and the research of field that was realised in the G.H. of Kalamata was pointed out the insufficient first degree care of health, that has as result the congestion of exterior surgeries of hospitals, the tax of all operation their and deviation from their main mission that is the benefit secondary and third degree care of health. Therefore the necessity of creation of completed system of benefit first degree care of health with the growth of necessary structures outside from the space of hospital. The new system of benefit of first degree services of health will be supposed to be addressed in the total of population and to provide high quality services of health. Strategic objectives should be the prevention and promotion of health, the diagnosis and treatment of common deseases that do not require hospital care, the first degree social care, the better accessability and the 24-hour availability of services of health, aiming at, the reduction of social inequalities, the satisfaction of users, and the reduction of public expenses. | el |
