| heal.abstract | Η ιστορία της ίδρυσης του Θεραπευτηρίου Αθηνών αρχίζει από το 1875, όταν ιδρύθηκε η Σχολή Αδερφών Νοσοκόμων με αρχικό τίτλο "Νοσοκομειακόν Παιδευτήριον". Η ιστορική πορεία του Γ. Ν. Α. "Ο ΕΥΑΓΓΕΛΙΣΜΟΣ" έχει μια θαυμαστή συνέπεια, που υπήρξε το αποτέλεσμα της πολύπλευρης συμβολής και συνεργασίας κράτους και Λαϊκής Πρωτοβουλίας από το 1884 μέχρι σήμερα, που συμπληρώθηκαν 100 χρόνια. Το Γ. Ν. Πύργου κατασκευάστηκε το 1886 με χορηγία των οικογενειών Μανωλοπούλου και Κονδυλιέρη και με αρχική ονομασία "Μανωλοπούλειο Δημοτικό Νοσοκομείο Πύργου". Στις αρχές του 2004, και έπειτα από ζημιές που είχε υποστεί, μεταφέρθηκε σε νέο σύγχρονο κτίριο που βρίσκεται στη Συντριάδα με την ονομασία "Ανδρέας Παπανδρέου". Στόχος της εργασίας είναι η μελέτη της δομής του Γ. Ν. Αθηνών "Ο ΕΥΑΓΓΕΛΙΣΜΟΣ" και του Γ. Ν. Πύργου Ηλείας "Ανδρέας Παπανδρέου", καθώς και η λειτουργία των Αξονικών Τομογράφων των Νοσοκομείων. Το Θεραπευτήριο "Ο ΕΥΑΓΓΕΛΙΣΜΟΣ" όπως και το Νοσοκομείο του Πύργου "Ανδρέας Παπανδρέου" αποτελούνται από τις εξής υπηρεσίες: Ιατρική, Διοικητική, Νοσηλευτική και Τεχνική-Ξενοδοχειακή, και απαρτίζονται από τμήματα και τομείς αντίστοιχων και συγγενικών ειδικοτήτων (Παθολογικός, Χειρουργικός, Εργαστηριακός, Ψυχιατρικός, Κοινωνικής Ιατρικής, Επείγουσας και Εντατικής Ιατρικής και Φαρμακευτικής). Η Αξονική Τομογραφία εισήχθη στην ιατρική διαγνωστική τη δεκαετία του 1970 και οι Αξονικές Τομογραφίες λαμβάνονται με ένα μεγάλο ακτινολογικό μηχάνημα με το οποίο μπορούν να ληφθούν απεικονίσεις νοητών τομών του ανθρώπινου σώματος, το οποίο αποκαλείται Αξονικός Τομογράφος. Η Αξονική Τομογραφία δεν είναι μια χρονοβόρος εξέταση καθώς υπάρχουν καινούρια μηχανήματα. Οι διαδικασίες ακτινοδιαγνωστικών θαλάμων ικανοποιούν τις απαιτήσεις που προκύπτουν από τις διαστάσεις των μηχανημάτων και εξασφαλίζουν έτσι την καλύτερη δυνατή λειτουργικότητα του εργαστηρίου. Η εξέταση στην αξονική τομογραφία χρεώνεται ξεχωριστά για κάθε τμήμα του σώματος (π.χ. αξονική τομογραφία Άνω-Κάτω Άκρων 71,11€). Από την πτυχιακή εργασία συμπεραίνουμε ότι, η έλλειψη της κατάλληλης οργανωτικής δομής και η κακή λειτουργία και των δύο νοσοκομείων οδηγούν σε προβλήματα στις διάφορες μονάδες των νοσοκομείων. Η κακή επίσης οικονομική διαχείριση των χρημάτων και η ύπαρξη ενός μη ολοκληρωμένου συστήματος μηχανογράφησης εμποδίζει το νοσοκομείο να καταλήγει σε έναν σωστό προϋπολογισμό και οδηγεί τα νοσοκομεία να έχουν τεράστια χρέη. Η παραπληροφόρηση και η μη εκπαίδευση όλων όσων εκτίθενται στις ιοντίζουσες ακτινοβολίες, προκαλεί δυσμενής επιπτώσεις στην υγεία των εργαζομένων. Τέλος παρατηρούμε από τους πίνακες της Ιατρικής, Νοσηλευτικής και Διοικητικής υπηρεσίας, την έλλειψη προσωπικού και ιδιαίτερα του νοσηλευτικού προσωπικού, εξαιτίας των λίγων θέσεων που προκηρύσσονται, την καθυστέρηση της διαδικασίας της πρόσληψης, τη φυγή του προσωπικού από τα μεγάλα νοσοκομεία της πρωτεύουσας στα νοσοκομεία της περιφέρειας, με αποτέλεσμα τα τμήματα της νοσηλευτικής υπηρεσίας να λειτουργούν με προσωπικό στα όρια ασφαλείας και να παραμένουν κλειστές κλίνες ειδικών μονάδων. The history of the foundation of the Athen’s Infirmary begins from 1875, when the Faculty of Nurses was founded with the initial title «Nosokomiakon Paideutirion». The historical course of G. N. A. «Evaggelismos» has an admirable consequence, which was the result of the multifaceted contribution and collaboration of state and Popular Initiative from 1884 up to today, which supplemented 100 years. The General Hospital of Pyrgos was constructed in 1886 with sponsoring families Manolopoulou and Kondylieri and with the initial name «Manolopoulou Municipal Hospital of Pyrgos». In the beginning of 2004, and after suffered from damage, it was transported to a new modern building that is located in Syntriada with the name «Andreas Papandreou». The objective of work is the study of structure of the General Hospital of Athens «Evaggelismos» and of the General Hospital of Pyrgos Hleias «Andreas Papandreou», also the operation of Axial Tomographers of Hospitals. The infirmary «EYAGGELISMOS» as and the Hospital of Pyrgos «Andreas Papandreou» are constituted by the following medical services: Medical, Administrative, Nursing and Technique-Accommodation, and they are composed from departments and sectors corresponding and related specialities (Pathological, Chirurgical, Laboratorial, Psychiatric, Social Medicine, Urgent and Intensive Medical and Pharmaceutical). The Axial Tomography was imported in the medical diagnostics the decade 1970 and the Axial Tomographies are received with a big radiological instrument with which depictions of conceivable sections of human body can be received, which is called the Axial Tomographer. The Axial Tomography is not a time-consuming examination as new instruments exist. The processes of radiograph diagnostics wards satisfy and ensure thus the best possible functionalism of laboratory. The examination in the axial tomography is debited separately for each part of the body (eg. Axial tomography Upper-Lower Limbs 71,11€). From the certificate work we conclude that, the lack of suitable organisational structure and the bad operation of both hospitals lead to problems in the different units of the hospitals. Also the bad economic management of money and the existence of a non completed system of computerisation prevent the hospital to lead to a correct budget and lead the hospitals to have enormous debts. The misinformation and the non education of all those who are exposed to the iontizouses radiation, cause unpropitious repercussions to the health of the workers.
