| heal.abstract | Η πτυχιακή εργασία παρουσιάζει μία ανασκόπηση της οργανωσιακής κουλτούρας στις υπηρεσίες της υγείας. Μέσα από μοντέλα, τύπους, εργαλεία και βιβλιογραφία θα φανεί πως επιτυγχάνεται η επαγγελματική ικανοποίηση που έχει ως αποτέλεσμα την ικανοποίηση των ασθενών. Η επαγγελματική ικανοποίηση είναι μία έννοια περίπλοκη, με πολλαπλές μεταβλητές. Ένας σημαντικός παράγοντας είναι η εσωτερική ικανοποίηση του ατόμου, κάτι που αποτελεί την επίτευξη ενός στόχου. Βέβαια, υπάρχει και η εξωτερική ικανοποίηση, η οποία ελέγχεται από τρίτους και αφορά το βιοποριστικό κομμάτι, όπως λ.χ. η αύξηση του μισθού του ή ακόμα και η φιλοφρόνηση από τους προϊσταμένους του. Τέλος, μία σημαντική παράμετρος είναι και η ψυχολογία του εργαζομένου, η οποία εξαρτάται κυρίως από το άγχος που προκαλείται στα πλαίσια της εργασίας. The current dissertation presents a review of the managing culture in the field of health services. Through models, paradigms, tools and bibliography, the reader will explore how professional satisfaction is achieved and affects the patients’ satisfaction. Professional satisfaction consists a confusing term with multiple variables. An important factor is the individual’s internal satisfaction which apparently consists the main goal. We should also acknowledge the external satisfaction which is controlled by external factors and has to do with livelihood issues, i.e. increase of one’s salary, or even encouragement by the employers. Finally, the employee’s psychology is of great importance and depends on the stress rates within the working environment. The analysed measurement tools of professional satisfaction are: JIG (The Job in General Scale, JIG) JSS ( Job Satisfaction Survey, JSS) EPJSS (Emergency Physician Job Satisfaction Scale, EPJSS) McCloskey/Mueller, MMSS (McCloskey/Mueller Satisfaction Scale, MMSS). MJS ( Measure of Job Satisfactio, MJS). NSS (Nurse Satisfaction Scale, NSS). JSQ, (Andrew and Witney Job Satisfaction Questionnaire, JSQ). Apart from the professional satisfaction , exploration of patients’ satisfaction takes place as well. However, to achieve the patients’ satisfaction, high quality in the field of care is a prerequisite. Generally, this quality has to do with the demanded respect showed by the doctor, it lies on the detailed explanation of the medical treatment that one has to follow and on the patient’s psychological encouragement. Results are different in case that the doctors and nurses act with indifference when the patient suffers either physically or psychologically, or even worse when they expect to receive a prize (i.e. money prize). Obviously, the managing culture is necessary and should occupy an important position as it determines the co-operation between the individuals. As a consequence, positive relationships among the employers may have immediate positive impact on the function of the organism and on the patients’ satisfaction. | el |
