| heal.abstract | Ο όρος «γενόσημα» φάρμακα τα τελευταία χρόνια έχει γίνει ευρέως γνωστός στην Ελλάδα, χωρίς αυτό να σημαίνει ότι πρόκειται για μία πρόσφατη ανακάλυψη ή κάτι που δεν ήταν ήδη γνωστό στον υπόλοιπο κόσμο. Στην Ευρώπη και σε άλλες χώρες του κόσμου η χρήση των γενόσημων φαρμάκων έχει γίνει γνωστή πολλές δεκαετίες νωρίτερα. Με την παρούσα διπλωματική στόχος είναι να γίνει μία προσέγγιση στο ζήτημα των γενόσημων φαρμάκων. Ξεκινώντας από ορισμούς και γενικά στοιχεία αναφορικά με το περί τίνος πρόκειται και ποιες είναι οι διαφορές τους από τα πρωτότυπα φάρμακα που μέχρι λίγα χρόνια πριν ήταν αυτά που κατά κύριο λόγο χρησιμοποιούσε το σύνολο των ασθενών, καθώς και τους παράγοντες που διασφαλίζουν την αποτελεσματικότητά τους και την ασφάλεια που παρέχουν στον ασθενή. Έπειτα, θα εξεταστούν οι διάφοροι παράγοντες που επηρεάζουν τις απόψεις των ιατρών σχετικά με τα γενόσημα φάρμακα, καθώς και οι δικές τους στάσεις και αντιλήψεις όσον αφορά τη συνταγογράφησή τους. Αυτή η προσπάθεια θα ενισχυθεί από το ερευνητικό τμήμα της εργασίας, στο οποίο με τη βοήθεια ενός ερωτηματολογίου σχετικά με το ζήτημα των γενόσημων φαρμάκων, θα διερευνηθούν οι αντιλήψεις και οι απόψεις πενήντα ιατρών που εργάζονται σε δημόσια και ιδιωτικά ιδρύματα της Αθήνας όσον αφορά τα γενόσημα φάρμακα, τις γνώσεις τους πάνω σε αυτά και τις πρακτικές που ακολουθούν όσον αφορά τη συνταγογράφηση ή μη των γενόσημων φαρμάκων έναντι των πρωτότυπων. Τα αποτελέσματα ήταν ιδιαίτερα ενδιαφέροντα και πρόσφεραν πολύτιμα στοιχεία στην έρευνα συμβάλλοντας στη διαμόρφωση των τελικών συμπερασμάτων και προτάσεων. The term "generic" medicine in recent years is being widely used in Greece. This does not mean that it is a recent discovery or something that was not been already known to the rest of the world. In Europe and other countries of the world the use of generic medicine has become spread decades earlier. The objective of this thesis is to make an approach to the issue of generic medicine. Beginning with definitions and general information regarding what it is about and what the differences from the original medicine until a few years ago were those primarily used in all patients are, and the factors that ensure their effectiveness and protection for the patient. Then the various factors that affect the views of doctors regarding generic drugs and their own attitudes and perceptions regarding their prescription are examined. This effort will be supported by the research part of the thesis, in which with the help of a questionnaire designed regarding the issue of generic medicine, we explored the perceptions and opinions of fifty doctors working in public and private institutions of Athens regarding generic medicine, their knowledge on them and their practices concerning prescription or non generic versus original. The results were really interesting and offered valuable insights in research contributing to the formulation of the final conclusions and recommendations. | el |
